By registering, I hereby authorise, agree and consent to allow Miknas Food S.A.L. ("McDonald's Lebanon") to:

1. collect, use, disclose and/or process personal data about me that I had previously provided McDonald's, that I now provide McDonald's, that I may in future provide McDonald's with and/or that McDonald's possesses about me including but not limited to my name, my date of birth, my identification number, my email address, my telephone numbers, my address for the following purposes:

   1. facilitating, processing, dealing with, administering, managing and/or maintaining our relationship with McDonald's;
   2. dealing in any matters relating to McDonald's products, services and activities;
   3. carrying out due diligence and other screening activities, or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
   4. conducting research, analysis and development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance McDonald's products, services and/or operations, and/or otherwise for McDonald's business operations and purposes;
   5. storing, hosting, backing up (whether for disaster recovery or otherwise) of my personal data, whether within or outside of Lebanon (collectively the "Purposes");

2. by my checking the second box above, send me special offers, vouchers, news and information on promotions, lucky draws, games, contests, marketing and/or advertising on McDonald's products, services and activities, and/or products, services and activities of third parties that McDonald's may collaborate with (the "Marketing Purpose") to my email address listed above, and/or to contact me at my mobile, home / office phone using the contact details as provided above; and
3. disclose personal data about me to McDonald's Corporation and its affiliates, and McDonald's third party service providers and agents ("Representatives") that are engaged by McDonald's to perform certain functions in connection with the Purposes and/or Marketing Purposes, so long as disclosure is necessary to enable such Representatives to perform the said functions. The Representatives may be located within or outside Lebanon. In this regard, I hereby acknowledge, agree and consent that the said Representatives may, to the extent necessary to perform the said functions, collect, use, disclose and/or process my personal data.

I hereby represent and warrant that I am the authorised user and/or subscriber of the email address and/or the mobile, home / office telephone numbers provided by me above, and that I have read and understood the above provisions.

Should you wish to withdraw your consent in part or whole, please send an email to customercare@mcdonalds.com.lb and provide details of your withdrawal.
